KB3D AIR Chamber (Smell Box) [Digital STL]
No physical item will be shipped. This purchase includes the STL files required to print this design yourself. All KB3D files are designed and tested on either a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon or Bambu Lab H2D for reliable printing and assembly. For personal use only unless covered by a valid KB3D commercial licence.
The KB3D Air Chamber is a redesigned Smell Box built to introduce and contain scent within your system. Larger and more versatile than previous versions, it provides increased capacity and expanded configuration options—allowing you to tailor exactly how air passes through.
The Smell Box acts as a dedicated chamber for holding materials, directing airflow through them before continuing into your system.
Two sizes are available:
- 50cm – Standard configuration
Recommended Standard Setup
For a straightforward, smell box configuration:
- Lid 1: Male Connector – Fixed - Solid (No Vent)
- Lid 2: Vent – Screw
This setup forms a standard smell box. However other configurations are available.
Configuration Options
This system is built around interchangeable lid types, allowing you to define both airflow behaviour and connection style.
Connector Types:
- Male Connector
- Female Connector
- Vent Only (no connector)
Lid Styles:
- Fixed – Permanently attached to the body.
- Screw – Removable lid with threaded access
Vent Options:
- Solid – Sealed airflow path
- Vent – Additional air holes for increased airflow
Colour Selection:
Colour options apply to the connector only.
If you would like custom colours for the box or lids, please include a note with your order.
