The KB3D Fleshlight Neo (MF11) is a fully assembled, ready-to-use gas mask Fleshlight.

Built using the MF11 gas mask, this unit comes pre-converted and fitted with the KB3D Fleshlight sleeve, providing a secure and consistent mounting solution straight out of the box.

Unlike the Nexus system, the Neo is a fixed configuration and is not compatible with Nexus modules or inserts. Instead, it offers a more direct approach—no setup, no swapping, no additional components required.

A streamlined alternative for those who want a dedicated setup at a more accessible price point.

Fleshlight can be purchased separately.
