KB3D NEXUS: Inserts [Digital STL]

This purchase includes the STL files required to print this design yourself. All KB3D files are designed and tested on either a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon or Bambu Lab H2D for reliable printing and assembly. For personal use only unless covered by a valid KB3D commercial licence.

The interface behind the system

Developed in the KB3D lab, the Nexus is The Modular Gas Mask System. Built around a universal interface—dubbed The Insert—each module screws securely into the mask’s insert, allowing the function to be changed as required.

The Nexus Insert is the core component that enables this system. Installed into a compatible gas mask, it replaces the original front assembly with a threaded interface, allowing all Nexus modules to be attached and swapped with ease.

Precision-designed for a secure fit, the Insert forms the foundation of the entire Nexus ecosystem—turning a standard mask into a fully modular platform.
